Mark Willen was admitted to the practice of law in Maryland in 1973. With a background in accounting, Mark began his career as a revenue agent for the IRS before opening his own law firm in 1977. For over 42 years, Mark Willen's practice has focused on Estate and Trust Planning drafting of wills and trust agreements, Estate and Trust Administration, Asset Protection, income, estate and gift tax matters and Medical Assistance for matters concerning the elderly, representation of small and midsize businesses engaged in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail sales, restaurants, as well as personal service corporations, including physicians, accountants and fellow attorneys.
